Inclusion Criteria

* Advanced or metastatic pretreated NSCLC
* Measurable disease
* Adequate hematologic, hepatic and renal functions.
* ECOG Performance Status 0-2

Exclusion Criteria

* Inability to swallow capsules
* Recent significant cardiovascular disease
* Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
