Eligibility Criteria

* 1-Patients with symptomatic gall bladder stones. 2-Patients with normal coagulation profile.

Exclusion Criteria

* 1- Patients with hepatic co-morbidity especially (cirrhosis). 2-Patients with previous upper abdominal surgery.
