Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* Age 1-7 years old
* Primary DDH

Exclusion Criteria

* • Paralytic hip DX in cases of (Cerebral palsy,Meningomyelocele,Neuropathy or Myopathy)

* Recurrent cases of DDH
* Past history of ipsilateral distal femoral fractures
