50 case of acute cerebrovascular stroke patients will subject to implanted rehabilitation programme based on telemedicine if avilable .
Rehabilitation
50 case of acute cerebrovascular stroke patients will subject to implanted early rehabilitation programme based on telemedicine if avilable .
50 control patients of acute cerebrovascular stroke patients will subject to ordinary rehabilitation techniques .
Group 2 control group will subject to ordinary rehabilitation techniques
50 control patients of acute cerebrovascular stroke patients will subject to ordinary rehabilitation techniques .

Eligibility Criteria
Check the participation requirements, including inclusion and exclusion rules, age limits, and whether healthy volunteers are accepted.
Inclusion Criteria
2. ALL age Groups .
3. Both Sex.
4. Group receive rehab services with the personnel get tele-rehab training and the other group get training with the usual pathway in the hospital by other personnel, and we could follow up the two groups for 3 months and comparing both groups .
Exclusion Criteria
* Stroke Mimmics .
* Pregnancy.
* Stroke with severe hepatic ,renal and Pulmonary diseases limiting or affecting early rehabilitation .
