Trial Outcomes & Findings for Self-compassion Therapist-led Online Group Treatment for Adolescents With Distress, Anxiety, and Depression (NCT NCT05448014)

NCT ID: NCT05448014

Last Updated: 2025-05-30

Results Overview

The 10-item Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) measures perceived stress related to unpredictability, uncontrollability, and overload in daily life. Each item is rated on a 5-point scale from 0 (never) to 4 (very often), yielding a total score ranging from 0 to 40. Higher scores indicate higher levels of perceived stress. In this study, the total score was used for analysis.
