Participant Flow

Recruitment took place between June 2022 and June 2023. Patients were recruited in-person from clinic-based sites and through community events (e.g., back-to-school fairs, wellness events); the electronic health record (EHR; MyChart/Epic); social media and other platforms; and through subject recruitment registries.

Of 258 individuals assessed for eligibility, 130 met inclusion criteria and were randomized to treatment groups.
