* Diagnosed alcohol use disorder
* Self-rated sleep problem
Exclusion Criteria
* Psychoactive medication not yet 3-month stable in dose
* Bipolar disorder
* Psychotic disorder
* Suicidality
* Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD)
* Sleep apnea
