Eligibility Criteria

* Age 8\*-18 years
* BMI \> 95%ile
* English speaking
Exclusion Criteria
* Orthopedic or other medical issue limiting mobility
* Participant has worn an activity-monitor in the past 6 months (ok if parents wear)
