Participant Flow
Participants were recruited from June 17, 2019 to June 27, 2019, by word of mouth and through advertisements posted on digital monitors located throughout the retirement community.
After providing their consent to participate, participants were asked to complete a baseline survey and provided a Fitbit activity monitor to wear for a minimum of 7 days to assess their baseline physical activity.
