Eligibility Criteria

Check the participation requirements, including inclusion and exclusion rules, age limits, and whether healthy volunteers are accepted.

Inclusion Criteria

* All new or return patients seeing a UE / LE surgeon
* Age 18-89
* Able to provide informed consent
* English speaking
* UT Health Austin Musculoskeletal Institute, Austin Regional Clinic, Seton Institute for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Orthopaedic Specialists of Austin, Texas Orthopedics, and ATX Ortho.

Exclusion Criteria

* Not fluent in English
