* patients with Neurological or psychiatric disorders,
* patients taking major centrally acting drugs (antiepileptics or antidepressants), -opioid dependence,
* substance abuse,
* severe cardiopulmonary, renal, hepatic diseases, and
* those with extensive myocardial ischemia or unstable angina.
