* Gastric SET up to 15 mm (measurement: endoscopic ultrasound)
Exclusion Criteria
* Gastric SET \> 15 mm and/or large extramural part
* Criteria of Lipoma (endoscopic ultrasound)
* Positive lymph nodes (endoscopic ultrasound)
* Stenosis (Esophagus)
* Diverticulum (Esophagus)
* Pregnancy or Nursing period
