Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Diagnosis was confirmed using an electrophysiological study
Exclusion Criteria
* Coagulopathy
* Pregnancy
* Inflammation status
* Cervical radiculopathy
* Polyneuropathy, brachial plexopathy
* Thoracic outlet syndrome
* Previously undergone wrist surgery or steroid injection for CTS
