* Laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

* Infection, trauma, or bleeding on shoulder
* Allergy to lidocaine
* Chronic pain
* Renal dysfunction
* Liver dysfunction
* Seizure
* History of shoulder surgery
