* Admitted to the 2600 General/Medical ward at Delnor Hospital.
Exclusion Criteria
* Not mentally capable
* Cannot provide consent in English
* Pregnant
* Documented chlorhexidine allergy
* Patient is a prisoner
* Health system employee
