* No mental alteration

Exclusion Criteria

* Chronic pain
* Allergies to local anaesthetics, acetaminophen,oppioids
* ASA III - IV
* Postoperative discharge to ICU
* Epatic or renal failure
* Mental status alteration
* Coagulopathy
