Inclusion Criteria
* viral or Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis Cirrhosis
* Cirrhosis rated Child-Pugh A
* liver cancer rated Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) A
Exclusion Criteria
* liver condition rated Child-Pugh B/C
* GI/Absorption issues
* patients given a treatment before surgery
