* Coagulation disorders.
* Patients in septic shock.
* Pregnant patients.
* Patients with symptoms compatible with acute uncomplicated appendicitis (plastron appendix, perforated appendicitis or diffuse peritonitis), or had 5 to more days of evolution).
* No sign consent for participation in it.
