Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

* A clinical diagnosis of 'cryptogenic IS'
* Normal MRI
* No other neurological disorder

Exclusion Criteria

* Abnormal MRI
* No anti-inflammatory medication 48 hrs prior to PK PET scans
* Parent/guardian unable to give written consent
