Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Negative Celiac Disease related serology (while on gluten containing diet)
* Normal villous structure at duodenal biopsy (while on gluten containing diet)
Exclusion Criteria
* Diagnosis of Wheat Allergy
* Diagnosis of organic gastrointestinal disease
* Severe concomitant disease
