* Chronic kidney disease patients with Hypertension

Exclusion Criteria

* renal replacement therapy
* heart failure
* severe valvular disease
* sustained arrhythmias
* secondary hypertension excluded from renovascular hypertension
* acute cardiovascular events
* infection
