Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* single or double PDN defects;
* simultaneous repair of soft tissue loss and PDN defect.
Exclusion Criteria
* PDN defect less than 1 cm or larger than 4 cm in length;
* direct PDN repair;
* thumb neurocutaneous defects.
