* Elective or Emergency with Incision in Lower Segment in Women with
* Gestational Age more than 37 Weeks.
Exclusion Criteria
* Multiple Pregnancy
* Polyhydraminus
* Prolonged Labor
* Premature Rupture of Membrane and Patients had Previous History of Diabetes Mellitus
* Hypertension
* Cardiovascular Disease
* Coagulopathy Disease
