* first diagnosis cardiovascular disease

Exclusion Criteria

* Severe liver and kidney disease or cancer
* Limb movement disorder
* Cognitive impairment
* History of malignant arrhythmia or severe heart failure patients have a high risk of sudden death
* Diabetes
* Cerebrovascular disease
* History of atherosclerotic disease hospital
