Exclusion Criteria
* uncontrolled arrhythmia;
* uncompensated heart failure;
* uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure ≥ 200 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 120 mmHg);
* diabetes mellitus;
* severe respiratory diseases;
* acute infection;
* severe renal osteodystrophy;
* neurological or musculoskeletal disturbances
