* Office blood pressure \> 120/70 mmHg
Exclusion Criteria
* Cancer
* Alcohol abuse
* Continuous glucocorticoid or NSAID treatment
* 24-hour blood pressure \> 150/95 mmHg
* Hypercalcemia
