Inclusion Criteria

* Recent trauma to the wrist, ankle or fingers
* clinical exam by ER staff and x-ray indication.
* informed concent

Exclusion Criteria

* open fracture
* wounds
* unstable fractures requiring cast immobilisation before x-ray
* multi traumatised patients
