Inclusion Criteria

* Clinical diagnosis of cervical dystonia
* Spasticity in splenius capitis muscle
* Regular treatment with botulinum toxin injection

Exclusion Criteria

* Don't want to take part the Trial
* Very long distance from home to Jyväskylä Central Hospital
