Inclusion Criteria

* Patient undergoing cataract extraction procedure under local anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

* Patients allergic to local anesthetic solutions.
* Presence local sepsis,
* Previous retinal or strabismus surgery in the same eye.
* Orbital abnormalities
* Previous subtenon's block in the same quadrant.
