* 30-85 years
* Body Mass Index (BMI) \<30 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
* Glomerular filtration rate less than 60 mL/min/1.73 m2
* History of recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding
* Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent
* Ongoing anti-coagulant therapy
