Eligibility Criteria

* No prior chemotherapy in metastatic state
* Adequate blood and biochemistry parameters
Exclusion Criteria
* KHK, cardiomyopathy or cardiac insufficiency
* Malignancy \<5 years ago
* Brain metastases
* Severe internal disease or inadequate blood and biochemistry parameters
* Pregnancy and lactation
