SECONDARY outcome

Timeframe: 6 weeks

Pre-sleep Arousal Scale (cognitive subscale). 8-item measure of cognitive hyperarousal associated with insomnia. The subscale score can range from 8 to 40, with higher scores indicating more hyperarousal.
