Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria
* Patients with acute myocardial infarction due to coronary artery occlusion
* Patients with stable angina treated with coronary angioplasty
* Written informed consent
* Social security
Exclusion Criteria
* Small arteries that preclude the use of aspiration devices
* Sudden death without coronary lesions
