* Preoperatively suspected as clinical stage III colon cancer
* Lesion located Descending colon, sigmoid colon and upper rectal cancer
Exclusion Criteria
* Intestinal obstruction, perforation, intra-abdominal abscess
* Severe medical illness
* Immunopathy
