* Ventriculoperitoneal shunt
* Ventriculoatrial shunt
* Ventriculopleural shunt
* Arachnoid cyst shunts
* Subdural shunts
* Lumboperitoneal shunts
* Shunts replaced after treatment of infection
* Shunts exposed during an operations but not revised
* Endoscopic third ventriculostomies
* Ommaya reservoir(s)
* Ventricular access devices/reservoirs
* Subgaleal shunts.

• External ventricular drain(s)
