* Scheduled for elective coronary angiography
Exclusion Criteria
* Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine levels \> 120 micromol/L)
* Hyperthyroidism
* Cardiac arrhythmias
* Unstable clinical condition
* Inability to follow breath-hold commands
* Previous PCI or CABG were excluded.
